Nobunaga’s Ambition: Sphere of Influence – Ascension tasks players with making strategic moves in the Sengoku Era. You get to watch Japan as it is fractured, clans are well established, and shoguns rise. Officer Play allows you to begin your run as an officer, working your way up to Castle Lord or Daimyo, for the first time. Both Garden Politics and Evolved Battle have come to the game. The former lets you become lord of a castle, while the latter lets you play as a single offer retainer in the field, completing missions during each fight. This entry also brings full-scale Siege Battles and Naval Battles, so you can go through castle sieges or bigger battles at sea.
