The Sims 4: Spa Day is the second game pack for The Sims 4. It was released on July 14, 2015. It includes a new type of venue, the spa, new objects such as the sauna, outfits and interactions, such as getting a massage at the massage chair and the mud bath. The pack also includes the new wellness skill; by taking yoga classes and learning how to meditate, Sims can build this skill.
